In the heart of Salò, a stone’s throw from Lake Garda, Paola and Manuel renew the magic of hospitality every day in a calm and laid back environment, the backdrop to a highly emotional culinary experience, able to whet and satisfy even the most refined palate. Paola takes care of the ambience and welcomes the guests with grace and affection, putting them at ease and assisting them in choosing the menu by offering her advice and information about the dishes. She is assisted in this by Manuel, who is highly competent in the difficult task of supplying the best raw materials through careful research about the Italian territory and with an eye for the philosophy of healthy cooking and drinking well. The kitchen, the true temple of taste, is entrusted to Chef Sokol Xibri who, with skilful mastery, reworking the produce fusing tradition and modernity in a harmonious and innovative way, creating gourmet dishes with a high sensory impact. 


When you visit Salò you immediately realise that you’re not just in another simple tourist destination, but a cultural, historical and artistic reality unique unto itself. The Salò MuSa opened its doors to the public in 2015, revealing inside the history of one of Italy’s most important cultural heritage.
