If you want to get to know how they get the extra virgin olive oil, a precious element in the Italian kitchen, which embodies one of the area’s longest traditions, a visit to the oil mill is the perfect experience for you. Here, you can discover the stage of extraction, cold pressing, but also learn some trivia, anecdotes and receive some purchasing advice, always useful.

Visits can be made from mid-October to mid-December, during the various stages of olive processing and oil extraction. Booking is advised.

The Azienda Agricola collina Mirabella oil mill is open all year around. 


The extra virgin olive oil produced at the Azienda Agricola collina Mirabella received the Lombardy Lakes DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) appellation, winning first prize in its category for three consecutive seasons.

As well as the oil mill, the company is engaged in other ambitious projects such as housing a small museum and the availability of hosting tastings and tours within the company.

In addition, thanks to the quality of the oil produced, the chefs of Relais Mirabella use the oil to prepare various dishes and is often purchased by fond customers.
