Located in an historic courtyard in Bergamo, Trattoria La Fricca restaurant masters the art of selected grilled meat served on warm soapstone, along with crunchy Welsh sea salt. La Fricca purchases the authentic Angus meat by certified suppliers, to guarantee its high quality.

It is an all-women restaurant, indeed: Sonia prepares the first courses and the homemade desserts while Paola, expert in meat, selects the best cuts and cooking techniques, also preparing some recipes by her mom Luisa, such as the ragout with Tuscan “pici” or the stuffing for capon.

At La Fricca you will find high-quality ingredients and products, with a special care for vegan and gluten-intolerant clients.
