STARTER WITH PANCAKES AND COLD CUTS

Ingredienti
  • 350 gr bread dough

  • 160 gr Coppa from Parma 

  • oil for frying 

Descrizione

Divide the bread dough into large nut-sized balls. Warm the oil and when it is hot but not smoky, put the 8-10 balls into the oil and cook for 3 minutes, turning them from time to time: they are ready when the color is golden-brown. Place the cold cuts on a plate and serve them with warm pancakes.
