It is a sweet flat bread cooked in a rectangular form in the wood-fired oven.
Cut the peeled apples into small pieces. Combine the sugar, flour, beaten eggs (possibly with the milk) and the apples.

Grease and flour a rectangular pan, place the soft dough inside. Bake in the wood fired oven for about 30 minutes.
