Ingredienti

500 g plain flour

200 g sugar

100 g butter

15 g cream of tartar

5 g baking powder

3 eggs

zest of one lemon or orange

Descrizione

Bussolano is a typical Cremonese sweet offered among East Lombardy’s signature recipes for a good day by Locanda Torriani.

Procedure:

Beat together the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer, then add the butter. Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking powder and lemon zest. Mix well. Pour mixture into a greased and floured bundt cake tin and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
