The Türünina de. Co. cake is East Lombardy’s signature recipe for a good day by Pasticceria Dondeo.
In an electric mixture beat the sugar and butter together. Add the eggs, the egg yolks and the flours a little at a time. Add 60g of crumbled nougat and then the yeast.
Put the cake mixture in a 24cm cake tin and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Allow to cool. To finish, brush with honey, sprinkle with crumbled nougat and with icing sugar.
