Have you ever tasted capù? If the answer is no, then don’t wait any longer! Come to Parre, in the Seriana Valley, and discover one of Bergamo’s typical dishes!

From August 4-6, 2017 every evening from 7.00pm you can come and taste Parre’s “Capù”, meatballs wrapped in cabbage leaves with a lean meat filling. You can also sample: ribs, skewers, cotechini, grilled cheese and pasta. From 8.30pm there will be folk groups and games and in the late evening dancing with the orchestra. You’ll find people in sixteenth-century costumes preparing the Capù and other traditional dishes.
