Prati Parini Farmhouse

The Farmhouse can only be reached walking. The most charming excursion from Bergamo crosses the entire Parco dei Colli – Hills Park, along a path across one of the most beautiful areas combining respect and harmony between man and nature.  If you prefer a shorter route, you can go to the village of Sedrina: from here, take the trail and it will take you about 30 minutes to get to the farmhouse. Is there a better way to get ready to enjoy the delicious cheeses and traditional polenta from Bergamo?  

The milk and meat served by the farmhouse come directly from the local cattle. Fresh milk is mostly used to make cheese: stracchino, which has recently become a Slow Food Presidium named ““Stracchino all’antica delle valli orobiche”, formagella, a fresh and delicate cheese, and Prati Parini Cheese, made with the same processing used to create Formai de Mut, ripe and intense-flavoured. These cheeses, milk, cream and beef meat, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables are the main ingredients of our menu: genuine and top-quality food.
