A real celebration of the first course! Every Saturday for lunch and on Sunday both for lunch and for dinner, from January 21st over eight weeks (with a break from February 20th to March 10th), visitors will enjoy some of the most delicious traditional dishes from Mantua, along with a wide range of main courses prepared according to the old recipes.

Free admittance and free parking. 

Full programme:

January 21st and 22nd: Risotto
January 28th and 29th: Fujadi and bigui with sardines
February 4th and 5th: bitter tortelli and “Capunsel” filled pasta
February 11th and 12th: Maccheroni with braised meat and rice with “saltarei”
March 18th and 19th: pilota style De.Co. rice and pumpkin and sausage risotto
March 25th and 26th: Rice grand gala
