Slow Food event to promote the territory
Freshwater fish cuisine, in the Mantua area, is closely related to the production of rice. And several days ago, the Slow Food organization in Mantua dedicated a series of recreational, gastronomic, cultural and environmental events to these two excellences”: “The water, fish and rice of Mantua”.
At the basis of it all, there was one important consideration: to have quality fish and rice, you need to redevelop the surface water, which can happen only if you redevelop the Mantuan territory.
