The pastry master Carmelo Di Novo, of Sicilian origin, has been able to make the difference and, with great craftsmanship, dexterity and "Sicilian" love, he creates exquisite sweet and savoury products from the Bresciano tradition, as well as rethinking some delicious recipes of Austrian origin.
