Enrico and Roberto Cerea, the chefs of the three-star Michelin Relais & Chateau Da Vittorio in Brusaporto, Bergamo, have reinvented a classic breakfast - bread, butter and jam - transforming it into a refined “Focaccia with Taleggio D.O.P. and raspberries from Bergamo’s Parco di Colli”.

It's just one of the delicious proposals that we find in the rich breakfast buffet that can be enjoyed in the Cerea family’s elegant residence. The protagonists are the territory’s best products: cheeses, fruit, yogurt, jams, bread and sumptuous baked products made daily.

A sweet and savoury selection of refined elegance also characterises the breakfast curated by the Cerea family and served in the historic Pasticceria Cavour, in Upper Bergamo.
