Local Experts

Brought together by their passion for food and wine and by the strong connection that links them to the areas they are based in, the EAsT LOMBARDY local food experts are committed to the activation of initiatives to increase the territorial activities of the 2017 destination, to promote a field study that can look into the historical-cultural- environmental aspects of the traditional gastronomy, to sustain a cultural and touristic valorization approach to the belonging territory. Also, they will share the intents and the aims of the project, supporting the principles underlying the European Region of Gastronomy award.
