Food Committee

Thanks to their experience in the food, wine and cultural fields, the members of the EAsT LOMBARDY “Food Committee” are committed to promoting and safeguarding the food and wine products of the territory, to finding small productions of food and wine excellences, to sustaining a cultural and touristic valorization approach to the belonging territory, sharing the intents and the aims of the project, supporting the principles underlying the European Region of Gastronomy award and documenting and sharing the various phases of the work with other partners of the project.
